Hi, my name is Tempress Nancy Dawes and I am 18 years old. I was born in Fort Lauderdale, FL and have resided in Palm Beach Gardens for the past 15 years. I have 2 sisters, Cortez 23 and Terykah 12, I also have a nephew Chad who is 2 years old. I live with my mother Wanda and stepfather Wendol and have a Schizhu - Spencer. My birthfather, Rudolph (Jamaican) is also very active in my life. I am Jamaican /American.
I studied TV & Production for 4 years and will eb taking the Exam for FinalCut Pro very soon. I have produced commercials and hosted a news segment as well as anchored a field event while in high school. I revceived Best Personality Award for the TV & Production Course in my school. I have also received several other certificates, acknowlegements in Sports and Academics and Peer Counseling and Student Government.
While in high school, I was dually enrolled in Palm Beach State College for 1 year.
Obviously my main personal interest is my career in acting and singing. I also have a passion for modeling and sports. I played flag football, volleyball and basketball in high school and also love Dancing and cowning around with my Besties Esther and Takita who are just as goofy as I am. I also love volunteering at my church to care for the new born babies during Service. I love fashion and make up too.
My goals are to take the entertainment industry by storm. I would love to get into sitcoms, hosting and on screen acting as well. I love to laugh and have gwrown up in a household where laughing was vital to our existence. I am a lover of comedy and good humor and would definitley not shirk the opportunity to do comedy as well. I am also very interested in Singing. I come from a very musically gifted family and have many relatives that sing, play instruments, choreograph, produce, write and perform. I hope to pursue a musical career in the midst of everything else. My passion for success is very strong and It is my intention to grasp hold of every opportunity and run with it.
